First Store in Southeast for Company's Signature Accessories

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--- September 5, 2006---The Mall at Green Hills announces the opening of Jones Apparel Group’s first Anne Klein New York store in the Southeast.

The new Anne Klein New York store, exclusively featuring accessories, is the company’s third overall new store, its first outside of New York and Los Angeles. Located in 1,408 sq. ft. of retail space on the corner of the Mall’s expansion wing across from Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton, Anne Klein New York offers customers the latest selection of handbags, footwear, jewelry, belts, scarves, sunglasses and watches as well as small gift items including fragrant candles and note cards.

“The opening of Anne Klein New York is very exciting for the Mall,” says Hank Woerner, General Manager at The Mall at Green Hills. “Anne Klein New York represents fashion excellence and we are pleased to introduce the new store to our customers,” adds Woerner.

Anne Klein New York is the most recent store opening in the Mall. Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton opened its first Tennessee stores respectively in the Mall in August. The two luxury retailers opened in the Mall’s new expansion wing.

Other recent mall store openings include Clarks England and Stride Rite, which both opened stores in June. Cosmetic retailer Sephora opened in March and Godiva Chocolatier opened in January. In December 2005, Starbucks Coffee and Therapy Systems opened in the Mall, which celebrated its Grand Expansion Celebration in late October 2005 with the opening of The Cheesecake Factory, Davis-Kidd Booksellers, Z Gallerie, Panera Bread, Kiehl’s, Cole Haan, L’Occitane, BCBG MAXAZRIA, Coldwater Creek, Elisabeth, Lucky Brand Jeans, Marmi Shoes, Sigrid Olsen, Brighton Collectibles and Mimi Maternity. The more than 80,000 square foot expansion introduced many retailers in the Nashville market for the first time and continues to position The Mall at Green Hills as the premier shopping center in the region.

The Mall at Green Hills is located in Nashville, Tennessee at 2126 Abbott Martin Road and is owned, leased and managed by Davis Street Land Company. Davis Street Land Company is a privately held real estate company focused on the ownership and development of upscale centers and Main Street properties located in suburban and urban downtowns. The principals of the company are responsible for the development and ownership of unique retail properties such as Renaissance Place in Highland Park, Illinois, The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert, California, and Plaza Frontenac in St. Louis, Missouri.
