GNC Moves To New Location, Georgiou Studio Opening New Store Soon

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--- February 19, 2008--- Continuing its commitment to updating and adding new tenants, The Mall at Green Hills announces that GNC has moved to a new store location and that Georgiou Studio will be opening its first store in Tennessee at The Mall at Green Hills in Spring 2008.

GNC, a nationally-recognized nutritional supplement retailer, has opened in its new 1,131 square-foot location between Macy’s and Lisa’s Hallmark on the Mall Lower Level.

Based in San Francisco, California, Georgiou Studio will present its contemporary lifestyle clothing line for women in 1,159 square feet of retail space located between Sephora and Teavana on the Mall Lower Level in retail space previously occupied by GNC. The new store, joining 27 current Georgiou Studio stores open across the United States, will offer denim lines, tops, pants, skirts, dresses, suits, outerwear and more.

These new stores will be the latest additions to The Mall at Green Hills’ collection of lifestyle retailers, joining several 2007 store openings including Swarovski Crystal, Stuart Weitzman, Lucky Kid, The Walking Company, Kay Jewelers, and Auntie Anne’s as well as remodeled and expanded Victoria’s Secret and The Gap stores.

The Mall at Green Hills is located in Nashville, Tennessee at 2126 Abbott Martin Road and is owned, leased and managed by Davis Street Land Company. Davis Street Land Company is a privately-held real estate company focused on the ownership and development of upscale specialty and lifestyle centers. The principals of the company are responsible for the development and ownership of unique retail properties such as Renaissance Place in Highland Park, Illinois, The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert, California, and Plaza Frontenac in St. Louis, Missouri.
